Michael Mullins is the Founder and Owner of Advantage Installation LLC, a Florida-based commercial construction company he established in 2004. Built from the ground up through hard work, field experience, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, Advantage installation has grown into a trusted construction partner serving hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, government, retail, and commercial clients throughout Florida.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Michael has built his career by consistently delivering projects in some of the industry’s most demanding environments. His portfolio includes luxury resort renovations, nationally branded hotel developments, healthcare facilities, occupied multifamily communities, and federal government projects.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Michael remains actively involved in project planning, operations, estimating, field execution, and client relationships. His approach is rooted in accountability, craftsmanship, and the belief that long-term success is earned through performance rather than promises.
Michael began his construction career immediately after high school, learning the industry from the ground level through direct field experience. That practical knowledge became the foundation for the company he would later build.
Today, Michael continues to guide the strategic direction of Advantage Installation while remaining closely involved in daily operations. His commitment to integrity, communication, and quality workmanship remains at the core of every project the company undertakes.
